This piece shows the way that the less fortunate are given little to no attention while the rich build themselves up. For example, if the slums were behind the skyscrapers you would not be able to see them. This piece draws influence from my time living in the Philippines where the poor are kept poor, and the rich are built up. As well as seeing slums right next to 5-star hotels which is the main influence for this piece.
