The design was inspired by artists Vexx and Gawx on YouTube, whose doodling styles stood out to me as having a cool aesthetic. I used Adobe Illustrator to create the design of the board, illustrating a representation of various hobbies and passions of mine in addition to some objects that I liked the feel and vibe of. I wanted to make the design feel busy and detailed, filling up the whole skateboard as part of the look of doodle art, leaving some space for the purple background to peek through making the bold and clean lines pop.
