These treasure hunt activities are designed to connect learners to a world of ideas generated by the imagination of student artists as displayed in isArtworks.  

The annual collections and archives in isArtworks are created in a variety of subjects, genres, styles and media, and can be used to build activities for classroom and individual learning programs across the curriculum. 

Utilising the Making and Responding strands of Victorian Curriculum and Australian Curriculum (VCAA), these activities maximise the potential that close observation of artwork can leverage for learners through reflecting on and creating artwork using viewing and discussion of student works as inspiration.  

Each of the following modules operate using a uniform structure (Find, Discuss, Create) from which teachers can guide activities to address learning priorities or enable students to choose their own adventure based on the focus topic.
